The third stop on Women's Euro Hockey Tour that was dubbed the Six Nations wrapped up on Saturday with a 5-3 US win over Canada.

Anne Cherkowski's (Clarkson) beauty of a backhand penalty shot was the only goal in the first to give Canada a 1-0 lead, but the US pushed back with a gorgeous second frame. Lacey Eden (Wisconsin), Tessa Janecke (Penn State) and Sydney Morrow (Minnesota) scored in a four minute stretch to make it 3-1 and it looked like USA was pulling away as the score carried until just under 10 minutes left in regulation.

Canada found their rhythm as the clock wound down as Jocelyn Amos (Ohio State) and Alex Law (Boston University) each lit the lamp to tie the game 3-3. But that lasted just 80 seconds as Abbey Murphy (Minnesota) scored her series-leading fifth goal to put the Americans back up 4-3. Sloane Matthews (Ohio State) added an empty-netter to secure the 5-3 win.

The Americans ran the table and led the tournament with 20 goals scored, nine more than the next highest total - Canada with 11. Sweden had six goals, Finland and Czechia each scored five and Switzerland scored twice.

Murphy led the Americans and the tournament with five goals and four assists. Ella Huber (Minnesota) was second on the US with three goals and Janecke, Kiara Zanon (Ohio State) and Matthews each had two. KK Harvey and Laila Edwards (both Wisconsin) each also added four assists.

Canada's leading scorer was Jocelyn Amos (Ohio State) with three goals and two assists. Cherkowski, Sarah Paul (Princeton) and Law each had two goals.
