↑ Milestones – Quinnipiac's Maya Labad became the fifth player in program history to reach 50 goals. Dartmouth freshman Michaela Hesová set a new program record for saves in a season with 848. Wisconsin's KK Harvey's goal on Friday gave her 50 points, which broke the program record for points in a season by a defender.

↓ Boston University – I'm not counting the Terriers out yet - I fully expect the Hockey East tournament to be as wild and unsettled as the regular season was - but BU has to be disappointed with how they let the the regular season title slip through their fingers. They showed a lot of fight, but I think UConn's experience played a big part in their being able to pull out the crucial sweep. I loved the aggressiveness of Tara Watchorn pulling their goalie so early, but BU struggled to control the puck with the extra attacker. They have to put some practice time to that this week. It's almost surely going to come up again here in the postseason and they have to do better.

↑ Minnesota – The Gophers retook the third spot in the Pairwise rankings with a sweep of Minnesota Duluth last weekend. There was a lot on the line and the games were close, but it bodes well for Minnesota that they could dig deep and skate away with the wins. Hannah Clark has really grown massively this season, taking on the starting role in net as a rookie. She's

↓ St. Cloud State – The Huskies have been flirting with a chance at an at-large bid over the past few weeks, but a sweep at Ohio State has them back at 11th, where they've spent most of the season. One small consolation is that Clarkson and Quinnipiac sit just ahead of them and those two teams face off in the second round of ECAC playoffs this week. SCSU is still an outside shot, but having watched them all season, I certainly will not be counting them out just yet.

↑ BC Interruption's Pairwise predictor Friend of the site Grant Salzano created this 10 years ago to help try and unravel the mystery of Pairwise. While I think the process is more transparent now, the predictor is really helpful for losing several hours trying to figure out what it will take for your team to earn an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament or how badly things can go for your team before everything falls apart. It's a great tool and we're lucky Grant made it and updates it every year.

↓ Time – Last week I pointed out there isn't much room for error any more, talking about how the season winding down impacted teams. But with the regular season officially over, it really hit me how close we are to the end of the season. The college hockey season spans seven months of the year and I know that by the time I finish covering the championship game, I'll be grateful for a reprieve. But at the moment I'm in my feels about it being nearly over and thinking about all the amazing moments I've had the privilege of watching and covering.

↑ Union – The Garnet Chargers could have had their own milestones post. They earned the first postseason win in program history on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Brown. Rookie Karianne Engelbert scored both goals, setting a new school DI record for points by a rookie and tied the school's DI rookie goal-scoring record. Senior captain Maren Friday assisted on both goals to become the all-time points holder among Union blueliners with 50 career points. Junior Stephanie Bourque recorded her 22nd point of the season with an assist, moving into first place on the school's single-season list for points by a blueliner. In addition, senior goaltender Sophie Matsoukas tied the program record for career shutouts with six.
