Women's Empowerment Month has begun, and the PWHL is celebrating with beautifully designed shirts and activations at games across the league. All that plus the takeover tour continues in North Carolina!

Tuesday, March 4 at 7 p.m. Eastern

Minnesota Frost at Montréal Victoire, Place Bell

The Frost are back after a league-scheduled week off, and their first game after that break is an away game against the first place Montréal Victoire. Welcome back, Minnesota!

Their last game before the break was yet another one goal loss, to the streaking Toronto Sceptres, who only lost one of their 7 games in February. It was the first game the Frost had played with a fully healthy squad since December 19.

The last time Minnesota and Montréal met, the Frost shut the Victoire out. Every game they've played against each other this season has been a high scoring affair, with the last game's four goals being the lowest. What will the balance of scoring be this Tuesday?

Tuesday night will also be Montréal's Women's Empowerment Month game. We don't know the details of the activations yet, only that "all six PWHL teams are celebrating the women who are shaping the future–– both on and off the ice." Can't wait to see what they have planned!

New York Sirens at Boston Fleet, Tsongas Center

Sam is going to HATE that I picked this game, but I'm sorry, they've become a pretty interesting rivalry. These two teams played each other three times in February, five times in the season so far, and the Sirens have yet to win one time.

Things are getting chippy! Especially during the last game, when the Fleet's Hannah Brandt gave a dangerous crosscheck to the Sirens' Brooke Hobson's head. The play went unpenalized in the game, but was reviewed afterwards by player safety and Brandt was fined. We'll see whether that quashes things between the two teams, or fires everyone up more. Hopefully even if they're fired up they play safe.

In February's games, the Sirens lost a shutout, then scored one goal in a 4-1 loss, then two goals to take the Fleet to a shootout, losing 3-2. That's progress, even if it sounds facetious. Maybe they can keep the pattern going and score three on Wednesday to win. Those points are sorely needed.

Ottawa Charge at Minnesota Frost, Lenovo Center (Takeover Tour)

The Takeover Tour continues with the seventh of nine stops, this time in Raleigh, North Carolina at the home of the Hurricanes. After clinics with local youth hockey, autograph sessions, and select Frost players attending the Thursday night Canes game, the game will cap off a couple of exciting days in Raleigh.

Ottawa will be fresh from their league mandated week off, though it could have also been a momentum killer since their last game was a thrilling overtime win at home. Emily Clark is on a 6-game points streak and gave the Charge yet another first star of the week. Ottawa might also get veteran forward Kateřina Mrázová back from LTIR, where she's been since an upper body injury sidelined her on February 13.

Beyond all of the now-expected fanfare of a takeover game, this should be a good matchup between two teams who are looking to climb out of the bottom half of the standings.
