The Four Nations Cup concluded on Sunday and featured a 3-2 overtime win by the United States. Toronto's Natalie Spooner scored first before Brianna Decker tied it for the United States. Canada took the lead again, thanks to Meghan Agosta, but Brianna Decker tied the game in the third period. Finally, Hillary Knight scored the game-winning goal.

The CWHL had 14 players in the Four Nations tournament, all of whom played for Team Canada. Spooner led the tournament with four points (three goals, one assist), while Marie-Philip Poulin was tied for second with three points.
